Characteristics:
Cobalt chloride is a red odd inclined crystal. It becomes blue when heated and becomes red when cooled. It rimes in between 30 to 35 centigrade and starts airslake. When heated to between 45 and 50 centigrade for four hours, it almost turns into CoCl2·4H2O, all watered will be loosed in between 110 and 120 centigrade and becomes blue.

Use:
Cobalt chloride is used as agent drying oil paint; cobalt paint; glaze; color China; additive of alkalescent accumulator, plate and so on. Agent of absorbing ammonia, cover against toxic gas, indicator of damp, plate, barometer, activator, medication reagent and so on.
